這座遊艇港設施於2010年完工，旨在活化東海地區的海洋休閒與遊艇活動，也是韓國首座以海洋民間投資事業打造的遊艇港設施。這裡環境清潔，兼具美食與景點，遊客眾多，也有機會體驗遊艇，適合在假期留下美好回憶。特別是地上6層樓規模的俱樂部會館，可眺望港內與安木海邊景色，並設有咖啡店等便利設施，對吸引許多遊客前往江陵港發揮了重要作用。
